The unlocking device comprises an unlocking mechanism, a reserve power supply and a control box used for indicating the unlocking mechanism to work, and the unlocking mechanism comprises an electromagnetic push rod which is connected to a lock rod of the locomotive switching mechanism and drives the lock rod to be inserted into a lock cylinder or pulls the lock rod from the lock cylinder and a position sensor which is connected to the electromagnetic push rod and is used for sensing the position of a door leaf. In the self-powered electric unlocking device of the locomotive switching mechanism, self-powered design is adopted, pressure maintaining operation of the switching mechanism in the overall process can be achieved, the using reliability of the switching mechanism is improved, and a locomotive can achieve unlocking even during outage; meanwhile, the device is simple in mechanical structure, reduces locomotive installation and matching requirements, is easy to install and use, can lock the work position of the door leaf of the switching mechanism, and can ensure the stability of the switching mechanism even when the locomotive is in normal operation; besides, the device can be completely compatible with the current unlocking mechanism and does not influence the use of the unlocking mechanism, and exerts no influence on original components of the locomotive.
