Abstract

The invention provides a common-rail injector with a movement speed controllable needle valve. The common-rail injector comprises a solenoid valve, a valve holder, an armature, an armature lever, a control valve, an injector body, an armature returning spring, a needle valve return spring, a needle valve casing and a needle valve. A hydraulic system is composed of three orifices namely one inlet orifice and two outlet orifices; the two outlet orifices are in series connection or can work individually. When the two outlet orifices are in series connection, pressure of a control cavity of a hydraulic servo mechanism decreases slowly, and thus the needle valve of the injector raises slowly; when the first outlet orifice works individually, pressure of the control cavity decreases quickly, and accordingly the needle valve raises quickly.
