Problems solved by technology

[0002] There are many types of existing aluminum ingot melting furnaces. As far as the fuels are concerned, they mainly include oil furnaces, gas furnaces and coal-fired furnaces. The heating methods usually include: thermal radiation heating and thermal convection heating, and the heat contribution from metal melting Considering that the latter is much larger than the former, therefore, in terms of the current structure of the furnace, the part of the high-end heat convection of the furnace that can be heated and melted is the part that heats the raw material, while the bottom is the part that stores the alloy solution. In view of Convective heat, which accounts for most of the heat transfer, tends to go upwards, while the liquid metal at the bottom can only be maintained in a liquid state by heat radiation. Usually, as an alloy furnace, there is a device near the upper surface of the liquid alloy at the bottom to maintain the alloy in a liquid state without solidification. The heating combustion nozzle is the main heating combustion nozzle, and the auxiliary combustion nozzle that further enhances the heat is set in the heat convection ascending channel. This kind of furnace with both the main combustion heating nozzle and the auxiliary combustion heating nozzle adopts the Oil furnace or gas furnace, the reason is that the size of the combustion flame of these two types of fuel is easy to control, so that there is a reasonable heat distribution in terms of the amount of continuous melting of liquid metal and solid metal. However, it is more widely used in rural areas. For the green fuel used——biomass fuel made of rice straw or sorghum stalks, the above-mentioned furnace body is no longer suitable
In view of this, it is necessary to design a new type of aluminum ingot melting furnace structure from the perspective of ensuring that the aluminum ingot is heated and melted and the molten metal remains unsolidified, especially the aluminum ingot melting furnace using biomass fuel. At present, this problem has not been solved. be effectively resolved

Embodiment Construction

[0011] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, the present invention is described in further detail:

[0012] Installation: The overall structure of the furnace is L-shaped. Zone 1 is the raw material heating part and Zone 2 is the melting pool at the bottom of the furnace. The structural relationship is superimposed, forming an L-shaped vertical part. The main function of Zone 1 is to accommodate alloy raw materials and absorb For convective heat heating, the melting furnace hearth (1) in zone 2 holds the molten liquid alloy, and the radiant heat reflection plate (2) uses radiant heat to heat the melting furnace hearth (1), and the convective heat heating control door (3) It is a structure that can be opened and closed to control the temperature of zones 1 and 2. The other end of zone 2 is connected to the combustion chamber of zone 3. The flame outlet control door (5) is an openable structure that can control the temperature of zones 1 and 2. The heating is controlle...

Abstract

The invention discloses an aluminum ingot melting furnace using biomass fuel. The furnace is composed of a row material heating zone, a furnace bottom melting tank, a combustion chamber and a fuel supply zone, and of an L-shaped structure comprehensively. The row material heating zone and the furnace bottom melting tank are vertically overlaid, and therefore an L-shaped vertical part is formed, the main function of the part is to contain row materials and to absorb increased heat of convective heat, and the furnace chamber of the melting tank contains molten metal liquid. A convective heat heating control door is of a retractable structure which controls the temperatures of the row material heating zone and the melting tank. The other end of the melting tank is connected with the combustion chamber. Spacings of bottom combustion chamber furnace grates are sparse in the front and dense at the back, and the top of a feeding section is provided with a fuel expulsion guide plate to firmly compact the sparse biomass fuel pushed in. A side wall combustion oxygen supply air-line system and a furnace grate combustion oxygen supply air-line system play the role of supporting combustion. The fuel supply zone comprises a turnover box furnace grate, a fuel packing funnel and a fuel propulsion system, and a box furnace grate preheating air-line system and the combustion chamber are connected in a spliced mode to form an L-shaped bottom structure. The aluminum ingot heating and melting furnace using the biomass fuel is simple in structure, and easy to mount, debug, use, and maintain, and has good promotion value in industry.
