The two ends of the lead screw are rotatably connected with the corresponding supporting plates. One end of the lead screw is driven by a motor to rotate. The two ends of the guide rod are connected with the corresponding supporting plates. A sliding block is arranged between the two supporting plates. The lead screw penetrates through the sliding block and is connected with the sliding block in a threaded mode. The guide rod penetrates through the sliding block and is slidably connected with the sliding block. A cavity is formed in the bottom of the sliding block and filled with derusting agents. A conical hole is formed in the bottom of the cavity, and a conical valve is arranged at the conical hole. The top of the valve is connected with the inner wall of the cavity through a spring.
