Abstract

The present invention provides a temperature stabilizing device for a non-refrigeration infrared detector. The device comprises a controller, a thermoelectric refrigerator and one or more temperature sensors. The temperature sensors are used for acquiring the temperature data of the non-refrigeration infrared detector and sending the acquired temperature data to the controller. The controller comprises an analog-to-digital conversion unit, a control unit and a full-bridge power output unit. The analog-to-digital conversion unit is used for conducting the analog-to-digital conversion of the acquired temperature data sent from the temperature sensors, and sending the converted data to the control unit. The control unit is used for calculating a target temperature according to temperature data, calculating a controlled variable according to the incremental PID algorithm based on the target temperature, and sending the controlled variable to the full-bridge power output unit. The full-bridge power output unit outputs a corresponding power to the thermoelectric refrigerator according to the received controlled variable. The thermoelectric refrigerator is driven by the output power of the full-bridge power output unit to start the refrigeration function. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the problem in the prior art that the temperature of the non-refrigeration infrared detector fluctuates during operation can be solved, and the imaging quality is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of photoelectric detection, in particular to a temperature stabilization device for an uncooled infrared detector. Background technique [0002] Uncooled infrared detectors have been widely used due to their low cost, low power consumption, and high reliability. A commonly used uncooled infrared detector is a microbolometer, which uses the temperature characteristics of resistance to detect infrared targets. However, in the uncooled infrared detector, only by ensuring the consistency and stability of the reference temperature of each sensitive pixel in the focal plane array can the resolution of the thermal imaging system be improved and the difficulty of non-uniformity correction in the later stage be reduced, fundamentally improve image quality. Therefore, although the uncooled detector can work at normal temperature compared with the refrigerated detector, a temperature control device is still...
