The method comprises the following steps that S1, the furnace temperature set value range required when a single steel billet is heated is calculated according to the information of the steel billet; S2: whether the furnace temperature set value ranges of the two steel billets to be subjected to mixed charging are overlapped or not is judged, and therefore whether continuous charging can be conducted or not is determined; S3, if the furnace temperature set value ranges of the two steel billets are overlapped, continuous mixed charging can be conducted, and the furnace temperature set values of various control sections of the heating furnace are determined; S4, if the furnace temperature set value ranges of the two steel billets are not overlapped, vacancy treatment is needed, and the vacancy distance is determined.
