According to the invention, the density of the hybrid abalone is 400 hybrid abalones per a pond; the density of the Enteromorpha is 42.17 g / m3; the size of a culture pond is 180 cm * 150 cm * 130 cm; the hybrid abalone is hybridization progeny of Haliotis discus hannai and Haliotis discus and is cultured by adopting a net cage with a size of 43.5 cm * 33.5 cm * 14 cm and 40 hybrid abalones in each cage; every five culture cages are bound into a string with 200 hybrid abalones; the culture cages are placed in algae culture ponds, wherein two strings of abalone cages are placed in each pond; when the hybrid abalone is cultured for a week, algae is started to be introduced for mixed culture; and the algae is hanged at the center of pond surface for culturing through net covers and maintains a certain distance from the abalone cages, so culture algae is avoided from being eaten by the hybrid abalone.
