Abstract

The cognitive radio technology is an effective method aiming at spectrum resource shortage in a wireless application environment. The spectrum detection technology of the master user idle spectrum sensing is indispensable technology in a cognitive wireless network, the capacity for detecting the primary user spectrum by a cognitive user is limited by the multipath effect and the shadow effect, so that the lowness of a spectrum detection probability is caused. The invention provides a cooperative spectrum detection scheme by use of five cognitive user cooperative mechanisms, infers a mathematical formula of each of a global error false alarm probability and a global detection probability under two fusion rules: an OR rule and an AND rule, thereby obtaining a relation graph of the detection probability and the signal-to-noise ratio under two fusion rules.
