The upper portions of the magnetic suspension brackets are provided with suspension attractive electromagnets, horizontal-direction transverse stretching electromagnets, horizontal-direction anti-falling supporting rollers and anti-falling pull hooks. The lower portions of the magnetic suspension brackets are provided with return section suspension electromagnets. The end faces of the electromagnets are provided with ferromagnetic flat plates. Distance sensors are arranged. The section of the special-shaped ferromagnetic belt is in an inverted-omega shape, the two sides of the special-shaped ferromagnetic belt are planes, and the outer side of the special-shaped ferromagnetic belt is an inner slope.
