A switching module is added into a PID control loop, and switching signals of the switching module come from on-off states of an electromagnetic valve; when the electromagnetic valve is in a power-on state, the electromagnetic valve is opened, the switching module does not act, and output MV of a PID controller is still output; when the electromagnetic valve is in a power-off state, the electromagnetic valve is closed, the switching module acts, and the output of the switching module is the 0% opening which accords with the actual condition of the control valve; meanwhile, output of the switching module is led into a TR port of the PID controller to force the PID controller to start a tracking mode, and output MV of the PID controller is 0%; and when the electromagnetic valve is powered on again, compressed air is sent to a main control valve again, the PID controller plays the role again, at the moment, the valve opening of the main control valve is 0%, output MV of the PID controller is also 0%, the PID controller restores a normal working mode, and the valve is adjusted according to results obtained by subtracting PV from SP.
