The invention discloses an intelligent question-answering system based on business knowledge graph retrieval. According to the system, first, business correlation judgment is performed on consulting input of a client, and a business guidance module is called when it is discovered that user input is uncorrelated with business; when the user input is correlated with the business, business content and activity content in the user input are acquired through a business recognition module and an activity recognition module respectively, and then graph information retrieval in a knowledge semantic network is performed with reference to a knowledge base; and knowledge content obtained by a graph retrieval engine is output as business knowledge after being subjected to organization and representation, and a part of path loss is fed back to the business guidance module through a loss prompting module to be supplied to a user for reference. Through the system, general content storage demands for an intelligent business system can be reduced, and system speed is increased; compared with general keyword retrieval, by used of the graph retrieval method, the input content of the client can be subjected to intention recognition to the maximum extent, and a maximum amount of most relevant business knowledge can be fed back to the client.
