Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: extracting sample blade DNA of a test article variety, performing PCR amplification reaction, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver-staining and EST-SSR spectrum band analysis by use of the EST-SSR primer. The EST-SSR spectrum band analysis is performed after performing PCR amplification by use of 14 pairs of EST-SSR primers, thereby performing variety identification on the test cape jasmine variety and the known cape jasmine variety, and a constructed cape jasmine main cultivated variety EST-SSR fingerprint map can be used as a reference for cape jasmine variety identification.
