The circuit comprises a receiving module, a password verification module, a fuse trigger circuit and a triggered self-destructing control module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a self-destructing command and a self-destructing password; the password verification module is used for completing self-destructing password verification so as to prevent self-destructing false triggering; the fuse trigger circuit is used for emitting a triggering signal to the triggered self-destructing control module after the password verification is passed; the triggered self-destructing control module is used for permanently fusing a fuse in an internal fuse circuit after receiving a trigger signal input by the fuse trigger circuit; and simultaneously the triggered self-destructing control module generates one pseudo-random code control signal and the pseudo-random code control signal is used for controlling normal connection or cross connection of a data flow.
