Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a public key fully homomorphic data processing method and device based on a non-abelian simple group. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring and using an integral ring and the non-abelian simple group to generate a corresponding group ring, wherein the integral ring is constructed by two prime numbers of not less than 1,024 bits, and the non-abelian simple group comprises a plurality of group elements; using a first default function and the non-abelian simple group to generate public keys, wherein the public keys comprise first, second and third public keys, the non-abelian simple group and the number of elements in group integral rings; acquiring any two pieces of data to be encrypted, using a second default function to perform homomorphic encryption on the data to be encrypted, and generating a corresponding initial ciphertext, wherein the second default function comprises the first public key, the second public key and the third public key; and using a third default function and the first public key, the second public key and the third public key to perform homomorphic composition on the initial ciphertext, and generating a final ciphertext. The embodiment of the invention does not generate noises during a data encryption process based on the public keys, and can effectively eliminate the noise interference in the fully homomorphic encryption process.
