Abstract

The invention relates to an SOA-based real-time database system for an electric power dispatch system and an implementing method. The system comprises a front unit, a user unit, a background processing unit, and a service unit, which are based on SOA and are arranged on a cloud server, wherein the user unit, the service unit and the front unit are connected with the background processing unit. By using the real-time database system, databases are virtualized and data are formed into unified public arrays as service providing access interfaces and the objective of accessing the databases can be achieved by means of invoking service, so that the problems of complicated installation, maintenance and interaction of commercial databases are avoided. The system has the advantages of lower cost, greater reliability, greater instantaneity, and greater extendibility.
