Abstract

The invention provides a battery cell edge sealing and plate lug leveling method. By the adoption of the method, the battery cell edge sealing efficiency and the plate lug leveling efficiency can be improved. The method is used for conducting edge sealing on a battery cell and leveling a plate lug. The battery cell comprises a body part. Side wings are arranged on the two sides of the body part. One end of the body part is provided with the plate lug. The method comprises the following steps that the battery cell is grabbed; the battery cell is pressed so that the side wings of the battery cell can be bent; the body part of the battery cell and the plate lug are pressed and pushed, and battery cell edge sealing and plate lug leveling are achieved synchronously; and the battery cell is moved out. By the adoption of the method provided by the invention, the reliability of subsequent edge sealing and plate lug leveling treatment is improved, moreover, the effect that side wing edge sealing of the battery cell and plate lug leveling are conducted synchronously is achieved, and the working efficiency is improved.
