The chatting robot comprises a preprocessing module, a feedback inquiry module and a similarity operation module, wherein the preprocessing module is used for preprocessing user chatting information acquired by an interactive platform; the feedback inquiry module is used for inquiring matched feedback fields from a knowledge base according to key words obtained by the preprocessing module and feeding back feedback information to the interactive platform according to the acquired feedback fields and logical action general knowledge in the knowledge base; the similarity operation module is used for calculating similarity between the user chatting information and questions stored in a question and answer base according to an inquiry result of the feedback inquiry module and feeding back feedback information corresponding to relevant questions to the interactive platform according to a calculation result.
