knowledge graph, fusing the multiple parameters based on the multiple characteristic functions to obtain multiple performance indexes, determining a performance
score based on the multiple performance indexes and respective corresponding weights, determining a
cost performance score based on the performance
score, the maximum cost and the longest delivery time, and arranging the multiple candidate configuration schemes according to a descending order of the scores to obtain multiple candidate configuration schemes. And obtaining a candidate configuration scheme
list, determining the first N configuration schemes in the candidate configuration scheme
list as recommended configuration schemes, and outputting a recommended configuration scheme
list. According to the method, the configuration efficiency can be improved, fusion of multi-
source data and multiple targets is also realized, and the multiple targets are quantized and weighed to obtain an optimal configuration scheme.
