modal signal analysis device, the positioning and matching device determines the relative position with a to-be-detected
aviation plug through a dual-spectrum camera, generates a contact coordinate matrix and a contact and probe mapping table, injects a test
signal to identify the contact material so as to obtain a topology result, and detects the
contact pressure; and the multi-
modal signal analysis device is used for matching parameters based on the topology result and the mapping table, setting a detection signal, positioning the contact, applying a signal in combination with pressure, acquiring a response signal, establishing a mapping table, and analyzing the response signal to generate a contact and fault result mapping table. According to the invention, the whole process
automation from
aviation plug positioning, signal detection to
fault analysis is realized, the system can complete the core links of contact coordinate generation,
signal mapping, fault determination and the like without manual intervention, and the detection efficiency is greatly improved.
