The method and device enable Chinese language word academic effects to be specific and quantized; through combination of automatic evaluation and manual evaluation, evaluation effectiveness and convenience are improved, and burden of teachers can be reduced while the students are tutored effectively; and through a time-weighted algorithm, a conventional scheme of correct rate, that is, score, is optimized, so that achievements of the students can be evaluated more accurately, and targeted improvement is achieved.
