The variable-air-volume regulating valve further comprises a control system integrated on the valve body. Square sleeves are integrally formed on the front face and the back face of the valve body correspondingly. A sealing rubber ring is arranged on the outer side of each square sleeve. Mounting holes are formed in the positions, on the outer sides of the square sleeves, of the valve body. According to the variable-air-volume regulating valve, the square sleeves arranged on the front side and the back side of the valve body can be well connected with ventilating pipelines in a matched mode and sealed and fixed through the sealing rubber rings, the sealing performance and connecting firmness of the connecting positions are guaranteed, and accordingly the regulating valve can be normally used; and through the control system integrated on the valve body, variation of regulating parameters during regulating of the air volume can be precisely measured, and data can also be transmitted remotely.
