The dual-mode fusion rail transit vehicle control system comprises an arithmetic unit, a speed testing module, an input and output module, an MB processing module and a QMB processing module. The arithmetic unit is connected with the speed testing module, the input and output module, the MB processing module and the QMB processing module; the speed testing module is used for measuring the train speed and sends the train speed to the arithmetic unit; the arithmetic unit is responsible for calculating the train operational distance and the speed and connected with a vehicle port through the input and output module for receiving the vehicle information, controlling a train and providing an interface for drivers and the vehicle control system; and the QMB processing module provides quasi-moving block system positioning and target speed distance information for the arithmetic unit.
