The smart wear device collects physiological parameters of a human body, processes the physiological parameters into digital physiological data and stores the digital physiological data in the first data memory. The smart wear device also transmits the digital physiological data to the relay. If WIFI is not available, the relay stores the digital physiological data in the second data memory.
