[0034] Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below based on the drawings. figure 1 The illustrated driving assistance system 1 includes an ultrasonic sensor 10 , an ECU 20 , a buzzer 30 , and a vehicle control ECU 40 . Regarding the ultrasonic sensor 10 , it will be described here by taking four ultrasonic sensors 10A to 10D as an example. However, when it is not necessary to distinguish the four ultrasonic sensors 10A to 10D, only the ultrasonic sensor 10 is described. Among them, an object detection device is constituted by the ultrasonic sensor 10 and the ECU 20 .

[0035] (Configuration of Ultrasonic Sensor 10 )

[0036] Such as figure 2 As shown, the four ultrasonic sensors 10A to 10D are all installed on one end surface of the vehicle C, that is, the front end surface or the rear end surface. Here, the ultrasonic sensors 10A, 10B are arranged on the straight line portion of the end surface of the vehicle C, and the ultrasonic sensors 10C, 10D are a...

[0110] Next, a second embodiment will be described. In the following description of the second embodiment, elements having the same reference numerals as the reference numerals used up to heretofore have the same reference numerals as those in the previous embodiment, except in the case of special mention. The elements are the same. In addition, when only a part of the configuration is described, the previously described embodiments can be applied to the other parts of the configuration.

[0111] (Hardware Configuration of Driving Assistance System 100)

[0112] Such as Figure 12 As shown, the driving assistance system 100 of the second embodiment includes four side ultrasonic sensors 10S, an ECU 120 , a buzzer 30 , and a vehicle control ECU 140 . Here, the driving assistance system 100 of the second embodiment can be mounted on the same vehicle C as that of the first embodiment, and the ECU 120 can also have the functions of the ECU 20 of the first embodiment. That is, i...

[0151] As the first waiting time set, two sets, the first set at stop used when the vehicle C is parked, and the first set at running time used when the vehicle C is running, may be provided. These first sets at stop and first set at driving each contain various first waiting times Δt1. In addition, for the first set while driving, at least one first waiting time Δt1 is different from the first waiting time Δt1 included in the first set while stopping.

[0152] If vehicle C stops when waiting time Δt is decided in step S36, S52, then select a first waiting time Δt1 from the first set when parking, if vehicle C travels, then select a first waiting time Δt1 from the first set when driving .

[0153] In this way, if Figure 6 As shown, when the first vehicle C1 is running and the second vehicle C2 is stopped, different sets of first waiting times are used to select the first waiting time Δt1. As a result, since the first vehicle C1 and the second vehicle C2 are more likely to ...

Abstract

An object detection device for detecting the distance to an object is equipped with: a transmission / receiving unit (11) for repeatedly transmitting an ultrasonic transmission wave, and receiving a reflected wave from the transmission wave; a transmission control unit (14) for causing the transmission wave to be transmitted; a distance calculation unit (15) for calculating the distance to the object on the basis of the difference in time from transmission of the transmission wave by the transmission / receiving unit until receipt of the reflected wave; and transmission timing control units (25, 125) for controlling the timing at which the transmission control unit causes the transmission wave to be transmitted. On the basis of the distance to the object, the transmission timing control unit inserts an extra waiting interval between the transmission / receiving interval and the next transmission / receiving interval, when pre-set interference identification conditions are met when it is necessary to identify whether interference is occurring.

Description

[0001] This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2014-215711 filed on October 22, 2014, and uses the entire content here. technical field [0002] The present disclosure relates to an object detection device that detects an object by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves. Background technique [0003] An object detection device that detects an object by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves includes an ultrasonic sensor, and calculates the distance to the object by measuring the time difference between when the ultrasonic sensor transmits ultrasonic waves and when it receives a reflected wave generated by the ultrasonic waves reflected by the object. [0004] If there are other ultrasonic sensors around the object detection device, interference may occur. Interference means that the ultrasonic sensor of this device receives the transmission wave sent by the ultrasonic sensor of other devices. It is difficult to distinguish the tra...
