Abstract

The invention discloses a zero-emission processing system for wastewater containing dimethyl formamide (DMF) and a method thereof. The system comprises a regulating reservoir, an expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) reactor, an ammonia stripping tower, a hydrolyzing and acidifying pool, a primary aerobiotic tank, a primary anoxic tank, an external MBR system (a secondary aerobiotic tank and a membrane bioreactor), a primary reserve osmosis (RO) system, a concentrated water reverse osmosis (NRO) system and an evaporator. According to the zero-emission processing system disclosed by the invention, most of the wastewater can be applied to a reuse water system after being treated, and the residual concentrated wastewater is externally conveyed after being evaporated and crystallized; EGSB rector effluent treated by ammonia stripping can achieve 1 to 1 adjustment with system influent; a part of return sludge of the external MBR system enters the hydrolyzing and acidifying tank and the primary anoxic tank, and the rest part of the return sludge is exhausted to a sludge concentrating system and is externally conveyed after being concentrated and filtered; biogas generated by the EGSB reactor can be separated by a steam separator and conveyed to a plant area incinerator to be burnt.
