By forming gas transmission grooves, circumferential and radial diffusion of the propellant gas are manually inhibited, and non-uniform axial gas transmission holes / grooves are formed according to the different propellant gas densities in the different positions, so that the propellant gas enters the electric discharging channels more uniformly and the uniform and stable neutral particle environment is provided for the thrusters.
