A reset spring is arranged at the position, corresponding to each tooth rod, of the groove bottom of the annular groove. One end of each reset spring is fixedly connected to the groove bottom. An ejector block is arranged at the other end of each reset spring. Each ejector block is connected with the corresponding tooth rod. The clamp-breaking prevention scarification tooth is simple in structure and reasonable in design.
