The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a beef extract peptone culture medium, preparing a potato culture medium, preparing a czapeks culture medium, and activating and culturing strains: evenly mixing raw materials for carrying out fermentation production of the taurine-enriched bacterial peptide feed to obtain a mixture; sterilizing the mixture by adopting steam at high temperature of 110 to 130 DEG C; cooling to form a solid fermentation material; inoculating seed bacterial suspension prepared in the step 2 into the sterilized solid fermentation material according to a volume rate of 4 to 8 percent, and culturing for 65 to 70 hours to obtain the taurine-enriched bacterial peptide feed. The fermented product contains a variety of polypeptides, rich nutrition is provided, and full absorption of the nutrition is promoted.
