The method comprises the following steps of step 1.breaking equipment development demand indexes one by one according to equipment development performance and technical requirement indexes, which are provided by a user, associating with system functions to establish an association formed by the system functions and a system, and carrying out system view construction; step 2.analyzing the existing standards to which the system composition conforms and the lacunary standards compiled by the system composition according to a DoDAF architecture framework and combination with a product breakdown structure PBS of equipment and carrying out standard view modelling including a standard configuration model StdV-1 and a standard prediction model StdV-2; and step 3.setting a standard view application process of whole lifecycle of equipment development, clearly designing and manufacturing standardized and professional standard view modelling process, transforming the standard view modelling process into an executable dynamic model to carry out analogue simulation and verifying a support action of the standard view model on equipment development.
