Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a method and a device for assistant realization of automatic nondestructive testing. The method comprises steps as follows: color information of a preset marking strip on a tested object is acquired, and color difference of the tested object and the preset marking strip is larger than a preset difference threshold; enhanced image information corresponding to the color information is acquired; characteristic information of the preset marking strip is acquired according to the enhanced image information and is used for indicating automatic scanning of the tested object. According to the embodiment of the invention, a flexible material with magnetism is selected as the marking strip, thus, laying can be performed along a space curve welding seam in any complex shape on any complex geometric curved surface; by means of coloring for the surface of the flexible marking strip, contrast between the marking strip and steel surface is increased, and human eye recognition for the welding seam can be replaced; the automatic scanning by a scanner can be realized through matching with the scanner with drive capability and with adoption of the recognized marking strip as guidance.
