Abstract

The invention relates to a novel visible light photocatalyst adopting a Z-shaped structure as well as a preparation method and an application of the photocatalyst. The novel visible light photocatalyst adopting the Z-shaped structure is Er<3+>:YALO3@Ta2O5-V<5+>||Fe<3+>-TiO2 / Au. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: Er<3+>:YALO3@ Fe<3+>-TiO2 / Au and Er<3+>:YALO3@Ta2O5-V<5+> nanopowder are added to absolute ethyl alcohol and subjected to ultrasonic dispersion; an obtained suspension is heated at the constant temperature of 60-65 DEG C for 30-40 min; an obtained product is dried, ground, calcined at 500-600 DEG C and cooled, and a target product is obtained. Experiment results prove that the light photocatalyst has significantly improved photocatalytic reaction activity and can be widely applied to the field of preparation of hydrogen through sunlight photocatalytic decomposition of water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of photocatalytic hydrolysis hydrogen production, in particular to a novel Z-structure photocatalyst Er 3+ :YAlO 3 @Ta 2 o 5 -V 5+ ||Fe 3+ -TiO 2 / Au preparation method and its application in photocatalytic hydrolysis hydrogen production. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of global industry and economy, energy has become an important basis for human production activities and social and economic development. Nowadays, the severe energy shortage and the environmental pollution caused by excessive dependence on fossil fuels have seriously affected the normal life of human beings. Many scientists have actively promoted the research of green, sustainable and environment-friendly energy to alleviate the above global problems. Due to the extreme danger of nuclear energy, wind energy and hydropower require too much initial investment, and the benefits are not good, which greatly limits their app...
