The sensor temperature correction method comprises the steps that after an air conditioner stops operating or when the air conditioner is just powered up, temperature numerical values detected by temperature sensors of the air conditioner are obtained; the temperature sensors which detect the temperature values with first difference values being smaller than a preset threshold value serve as the normal temperature sensors, and a base temperature value is calculated according to the temperature values detected by the normal temperature sensors; and when second difference values between the temperature values detected by the abnormal temperature sensors and the base temperature value are larger than or equal to the first preset temperature value, the abnormal temperature sensors are corrected according to the second difference values. The invention further discloses a sensor temperature correction device and a computer-readable storage medium. Temperature correction of the temperature sensors in the air conditioner is achieved, the temperature measuring values of the temperature sensors keep normal, and thus the air conditioner error caused by the mistaken temperature measuring values is avoided.
