Abstract

The invention discloses a fixture and method for partial hard anodization of an air inlet casing. The fixture comprises a pull rod, an electroconductive plate for sealing the upper end of a main opening of an inner cavity of the air inlet casing, and a lower cover plate for sealing the lower end of the main opening. The two ends of the pull rod are connected with the electroconductive plate and the lower cover plate correspondingly with at least one of the two ends being in a detachable connection state. The electroconductive plate is provided with an electroconductive hook for hanging an electric conductor of a hard anodization device. According to the fixture partial hard anodization of the air inlet casing, the upper end of the main opening of the air inlet casing is sealed by the electroconductive plate, the lower end of the main opening of the air inlet casing is sealed by the lower cover plate, thus, the fixture is used by being matched with other protective structures during hard anodization, and the sealing effect is good.
