Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional alternating electric field sensor calibrating device. The calibrating device includes a voltage regulator circuit unit, a sensor position control unit, a sensor output detection unit, and a calculation unit, the voltage regulator circuit unit is used for generating an alternating electric field between the upper electrode and the lower electrode of an electrode structure unit and for outputting the generated alternating voltage to the calculation unit, the sensor position control unit is used for controlling the position of a sensor according to the preset position, the sensor output detection unit is used for receiving the electric field output value detected by the sensor and sending the electric field output value to the calculation unit, the calculation unit is connected with the voltage regulator circuit unit and the sensor output detection unit and is used for simulating a three-dimensional alternating electric field, for calculating the different preset positions under different electrode structures and the corresponding actual electric field values under different voltages according to the simulated three-dimensional alternating electric field, and for calculating the calibration coefficient based on the linear relationship between the actual electric field value and the electric field output value. The calibration coefficients can be calculated automatically based on the sensor output value and the actual value of the electric field intensity under the different electrode structures, sensor positions and voltage conditions.
