The method comprises the steps of determining the current to-be-processed target business from a plurality of unprocessed businesses; determining a target importance level to which the target business belongs at the present; determining a target available resource set of the target business according to the target importance level to which the target business belongs and preset available resource sets corresponding to the businesses having different importance levels, wherein the available resource set of the business having higher importance level contains more resources; and processing the target business by utilization of the resources contained in the target available resource set.
