The image shooting method comprises the steps of acquiring an initial image via a camera when the image is shot, and meanwhile using structured light to acquire a three-dimensional human body model; extracting a figure area in the initial image according to the three-dimensional human body model; performing beautifying treatment on the figure area to generate the first image; performing HDR treatment on a residual area besides the figure area in the initial image to generate the second image; combining the first image with the second image to acquire the output image. According to the image shooting method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the figure area can be accurately recognized, and thus the image is more accurately processed, and the image with better effect is acquired.
