Abstract

The invention discloses an alloy semi-continuous vacuum casting system and a casting method. The system comprises a cavity body, a graphite ring, a crystallizer, a transfer plate, a control device and a vacuum pump. A chamber for accommodating alloy liquid is formed in the cavity body. The graphite ring is annularly arranged in the cavity body. The crystallizer is arranged on the outer side of the graphite ring. The transfer plate is arranged above the crystallizer and the graphite ring, wherein when the alloy liquid is accommodated in the chamber, the alloy liquid, the bottom surface of the transfer plate and the inner side of the graphite ring surround annular closed space. The control device is provided with a controller, a vacuum degree sensor and a liquid level sensor; the controller is electrically connected to the vacuum degree sensor and the liquid level sensor; the vacuum degree sensor and the liquid level sensor sense the annular closed space; and the vacuum pump is provided with a pipeline penetrating through the transfer plate to communicate with the annular closed space.
