Abstract

A simulation hammer wave generation and test system includes a three-way device, a pressure diaphragm, a pipeline, a valve, a high pressure cavity, a flow meter, a dynamic data acquisition system and a hammer wave generation control system. The three-way device is connected at an outlet of a test piece. A first outlet of the three-way device is connected with the pressure diaphragm. A second outlet of the three-way device is connected with the flow meter. The pressure diaphragm is connected with the high pressure cavity through the pipeline. The hammer wave generation control system is in electric signal connection with the valve. The pressure diaphragm is in a closed state, an air flow enters the flow meter through the three-way device, the dynamic acquisition system acquires a pipe pressure value of the test piece, the hammer wave generation control system opens the valve when a hammer wave is generated, in a moment a pressure wave moving upstream is generated to simulate the hammer wave, and afterwards, the hammer wave generation control system makes a signal response to a wind tunnel control system to end the test. The system has a simple structure and ensures the simulation of the hammering wave when the test piece is in the required flow.
