Abstract

The invention provides an intravascular stent system having a guiding function. The intravascular stent system comprises a guiding head, a connecting part and a stent body. The guiding head comprises a framework spring, a bias spring and an accommodating cavity, wherein the bias spring is made from an SMA shape memory alloy, and the accommodating cavity is located in the rear end of the guiding head. The connecting part is coaxially connected behind the guiding head and comprises a guide wire and an air bag. The air bag is coaxially sleeved with the stent body. The invention also discloses a use method of the intravascular stent system. The use method comprises the steps of blood vessel implantation, bending of the guiding head towards the bias spring on the electrified side, air bag distraction at the focus part and guiding head recovery. The intravascular stent system has the advantages that an intravascular stent which can be placed at the front end of the guide wire or catheter and provided with the guiding head can complete guide control at the front end of the stent body; the intravascular stent has a guiding effect, so that the blood vessel operating difficulty is greatly reduced, the operation time is obviously shortened, the accuracy and safety of operating catheter intubation can be improved, and human body blood vessel injuries in the operating process can be also relieved.
