By penetrating through holes of the wheel set connecting parts, the steel wires wind across the first turning wheels and the second turning wheels forwardly, and wind across the third turning wheels reversely. The steel wires wind across the fourth turning wheels forwardly and are further connected with the wheel edges of the fourth turning wheels. When the air cylinders operate, the piston rods are pressed into the corresponding air cylinders, and the steel wire connecting parts drive the steel wires to rotate around the first turning wheels and the second turning wheels.
