Abstract

The self-adaptive broccoli automatic slicing machine comprises a rack, a fixed plate, a feeding mechanism, a primary slicing mechanism, a secondary slicing mechanism, a discharge slide path and a light curtain sensor, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a material disc, a conveying drive part, a coder, a tightening wheel, a conveyor belt and a conveying wheel; the primary slicing mechanism comprises a step motor, a large gear, a pinion, a slotted type cam, a pushing rod, a first slicing air cylinder and a first blade; and the secondary slicing mechanism comprises a first discharge air cylinder, a second discharge air cylinder, a second slicing air cylinder, a second blade and a second slide rail.
