Abstract

The invention discloses aqueous dual-PE printing ink. The printing ink is prepared via the following processing steps: (1) preparation of varnish: mixing aqueous PU resin with acrylic resin in a proportion of 6 to 4 to obtain a mixed solution, adding 1-2% of DC-51, 0.5-1% of DC65 and 1-5% of deionized water to perform dispersion by taking the mass of the mixed solution as 100% in calculation so as to enable the viscosity of the mixed solution to be kept for 15-20 seconds; (2) preparation of color paste: enabling the following ingredients as raw materials, of which the mass percent is as follows, to be prepared into the color paste: 30-35% of resin, 4.5-5% of a wetting agent, 0.5-1% of a surface active agent, 25-27% of deionized water, stirring evenly, then adding 38-40% of an organic pigment, grinding the ingredients below 7.5 microns to prepare the color paste; (3) ink blending: mixing and dispersing 74% of varnish, 25% of color paste, 0.3% of DC-51, 0.5% of DC-65, and 0.2% of AWP95 to prepare the printing ink.
