Embodiment Construction

[0040] In order to avoid too much overlap and interference between the data lines in the hub area (outside the PIN end) and the touch sensing signal lines, the present invention proposes an in-cell touch display with a staggered wiring structure The panel enables the data lines and touch sensing signal lines to be arranged in parallel or non-overlapped wiring between the wiring areas, thereby improving the problems of increased wiring load and mutual signal interference and noise caused by common wiring configurations. Various embodiments will be described below, and the same reference numerals represent the same elements.

[0041] Please refer to image 3 and Figure 4 , image 3 is a schematic diagram of an in-cell touch display panel according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 4 for image 3 A partially enlarged schematic diagram. The in-cell touch display panel 50 of the present invention includes a touch display area 52 , a chip ar...

Abstract

The invention provides in-cell touch display panels. One of the panels includes a plurality of sub-pixel-electrodes, a plurality of touch electrodes, a plurality of touch sensing conducting pads, a plurality of contact holes, a wire concentration area, a plurality of data signal conducting pads, a plurality of touch sensing signal wires and a plurality of data wires. The sub-pixel-electrodes and the touch electrodes are disposed in a touch display area. Each touch electrode corresponds to a plurality of the sub-pixel-electrodes. The touch sensing conducting pads and the data signal conductingpads are disposed in a chip area. The data signal conducting pads and the touch sensing conducting pads are arranged in a crisscrossing manner along a reference straight-line. The wire concentration area is located between the touch display area and the chip area. The touch sensing signal wires are electrically connected with the touch electrodes through the contact holes, and electrically connected with the touch sensing conducting pads correspondingly via the wire concentration area. The data wires are electrically connected with the sub-pixel-electrodes, and electrically connected with thedata signal conducting pads correspondingly via the wire concentration area. The touch sensing signal wires and the data wires crisscross in the wire concentration area, and do not mutually overlap.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a touch display panel; specifically, the present invention relates to an in-cell touch display panel. Background technique [0002] An integrated circuit (IC) with a touch display driver integration (Touch Display Driver Integration, TDDI) architecture is one of the touch technologies (In-Cell Touch) of the integrated touch display panel. If it is implemented in a liquid crystal display (LCD), attention must be paid to the interference of the electrode traces after the touch control on the panel signal wiring. One of the existing technical problems at present is: the wiring area of the PIN side of the panel, because of the position of the output channel of the IC, there is a large overlap between the touch electrode wiring and the data signal wiring of the LCD display. When these two signal lines overlap, it will increase the load of the wiring, signal interaction interference and noise (Noise), and then affect the t...
