The method comprises the steps of acquiring a total bandwidth of to-be-submitted protocol packets and a bandwidth capacity of acurrent control channel; after it is detected that a difference between the total bandwidth and the bandwidth capacity is less than a first preset threshold, dynamically adjusting a corresponding packet queue according to priorities of the protocol packets; if a bandwidth ratio of a dynamically adjusted packet queue to the control channel is less than a second preset threshold and is kept for a preset time period, restoring the packet queue; and if the bandwidth ratio is greater than the second preset threshold, discarding an interactive packet in a protocol packet with lowest priority. According to the method, the protocol packets are cached and scheduled by fully utilizing the packet queue, the protocol packet with low priority is discarded first by dynamically shortening the queue and reducing the queue weight of protocol packets of low priority and lowering the bandwidth ratio of the queue to the control channel, so that the communication device prevents abnormal tasks and avoids paralyzing, and becomes more stable.
