Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines and discloses a ramaria botrytoides refined polysaccharide as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out refluxing extraction on ramaria botrytoides in distilled water and carrying out de-coloring treatment on an extracting solution by utilizing macroporous adsorption resin; then precipitating by utilizing a precipitant; centrifuging and collecting sediment, and drying the sediment to obtain a ramaria botrytoides crude polysaccharide; (2) preparing the ramaria botrytoides crude polysaccharide into a polysaccharide solution; transferring the polysaccharide solution into a pre-treated chromatographic column of DEAE (Diethylaminoethyl)-52 resin; eluting the polysaccharide solution with distilled water and collecting eluting solutions respectively; detecting the eluting solutions and determining the absorbance under the wavelength of 490nm; drawing a curve and combining the eluting solutions in the same absorption peak; concentrating and drying to obtain the refined polysaccharide. The polysaccharide disclosed by the invention has anti-oxidization, anti-tumorand immunological enhancement activity and a low utilization dosage, and also has a relatively low toxic side effect under the same dosage.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and specifically relates to a coral fungus refined polysaccharide and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Polysaccharides are an important class of biopolymer compounds other than proteins and nucleic acids. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that polysaccharides have a variety of physiological activities, including anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, anti-virus, lowering blood lipids, delaying aging, and enhancing immune function. Immune regulation is the most important biological activity function of polysaccharides, and it has always been a hot research topic. The adverse reactions and side effects of immune bacterial polysaccharides and synthetic compounds have attracted widespread attention. Most of the polysaccharides derived from higher plants are non-adverse substances and will not cause major side effects to the body. Therefore, polysaccharides isolat...
