Abstract

The invention discloses a data center integrated cooling system based on waste heat recovery and a control method thereof. The system comprises a waste heat recovery system, an adsorption type refrigeration system, a domestic hot water system, a heating system and a natural cold source utilization system. A backwater of the waste heat recovery system alternately enters a first second adsorption bed and a second adsorption bed of the adsorption type refrigeration system to heat and desorb. A third adsorption bed and a fourth adsorption bed in an absorption refrigeration mode alternate in connecting to an air handling unit of a data center. Backwater of the waste heat system goes through the adsorption type refrigeration, a hot water tank and a heat exchanger to be sent to the data center again to absorb heat. The flow entering an adsorption type refrigeration set and the hot water tank is adjusted by a three-way valve. The other side of the heat exchanger is connected to a heating system and a cooling tower. The flow entering the heating system and the cooling tower is also adjusted by a three-way valve. The system and method of the invention can fully utilize IT equipment heat radiation in the data center and a natural cold source, is in accordance with the requirement of China for construction a green data center and is substantial in energy saving and emission reduction benefit.
