The control circuit comprises a thermistor, an active crystal oscillator, a singlechip microcomputer and a transistor,wherein the resistance of the thermistor is inversely proportional to the temperature of a heat dissipator of the battery charger; the voltage pin of the active crystal oscillator is coupled to an external voltage, and an output pin outputs a square wave of a preset frequency; the model number of the singlechip microcomputer is PIC16F876A, the clock pin of the singlechip microcomputer is coupled to the output pin of the active crystal oscillator, and the pin RA3 is coupled to the voltage end of the thermistor; and the base electrode of the transistor is coupled to the pin RC4 of the singlechipmicrocomputer, the collecting electrode is coupled to a switch of the fan, and the emitting electrode is grounded.
