The selenium-enriched biological organic fertilizer is prepared from raw materials containing organic matters, major elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as well as trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, silicon, boron, zinc, copper and molybdenum through the processes of pulverizing, mixing, fermenting and the like. The organic fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight based on active content: 40 percent of organic matters, 1.5 to 2.0 percent of nitrogen, 2.5 to 3 percent of phosphorus pentoxide, 1.5 to 3.4 of potassium oxide, 4.25 percent of calcium, 1.85 to 2.0 percent of magnesium, 1.5 percent of silicon, 1.3 percent of boron, 2.4 percent of sulfur, 0.05 percent of copper and 0.02 percent of molybdenum.
