Abstract

The present invention discloses a pilot signal grouping method capable of being used in a LTE large-scale antenna system. The method comprises: dividing pilot signals which are allowed to distribute to a terminal in a cell into two groups, wherein the first group is configured to a terminal for initial access, and the second group is configured to access and obtain a terminal with channel features; for the terminal in the initial access state, selecting the pilot signals in the first group for distribution usage to perform array channel feature estimation of a base station relative to the terminal; and for any one terminal which has completes an access process and has determined array channel features, selecting pilot signals in the second group for distribution, wherein the distributed pilot signals are different from pilot signals of the terminal according with a first preset condition, and the distributed pilot signals are allowed to be the same as the pilot signals of the terminalaccording with a second preset condition. According to the invention, a capacity and a data transmission rate of a current network can be improved.
