Abstract

The invention provides a method, a system and a device of an interactive voice response and a storage medium. The method of the interactive voice response comprises the steps of obtaining configuration information of all the TTS (Text-to-Speech) servers and recording the configuration information in a first list; obtaining a user voice request; updating the occupation number of currently used TTSservices of TTS servers recorded in a second list; comparing the occupation number of the TTS servers in the second list with a preset connection upper threshold of the same TTS servers in the first list one by one; and selecting the TTS server with the biggest difference between the preset connection upper threshold and the occupation number to provide the TTS services to the user for interactivevoice response. By comparing the preset connection upper threshold and the occupation number of the TTS servers, the TTS server with the biggest idle volume is selected to provide the TTS service, accordingly the TTS can access the interactive voice response flexibly, and the load balance is realized.
